Mr. Wang has extensive experience in fundraising, investment and management in a wide range of business areas, such as real estate investment, private equity investment, and capital management. He has led over RMB 200 billion of investment in his previous senior positions with Sino-Ocean Group and his current position in Sino-Ocean Capital.
Mr. Wang, Vice President of Real Estate Fund, Housing Fund and Collateral Research Chapter of China Real Estate Association, is also a registered Senior Economist and Real Estate Appraiser. He holds a master’s degree in Regional Economics from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management from Renmin University of China.
An industry veteran in both real estate and PE investments, Mr. Zhou’s expertise ranges from M&A, mezzanine investment, to real estate and strategic PE investment. Over his nearly two-decade long of experience, he has managed over RMB 50 billion of investment. Prior to joining Sino-Ocean Capital, Mr. Zhou has held positions in Mapletree Investment of Tamasek, HSBC Holdings and Bank of China Group. Mr. Zhou holds an MBA degree from Tsinghua-MIT.
Dr. Chen has rich experience in corporate ﬁnance and investment banking, especially in providing comprehensive ﬁnancing solutions with ﬁnancial innovation. Prior to joining Sino-Ocean Capital, Mr. Chen held senior positions in China Construction Bank (CCB) and CCB Trust. He also serves as a Supervisor for master’s degree students at the Northeastern University of Finance and Economics and is an acting member of the Asset Management Division of the Finance Industry Committee of the China Silver Industry Association (CSIA). Dr. Chen holds a PhD degree in Policy Fnance from Liaoning University. He is also a post-doctor fellow and deputy-researcher in the Institute of Finance and Banking of Chinese academy of Social Science (CASS).
Dr. Lin’s expertise includes private equity investment and corporate managerial consulting. Dr. Lin was awarded the “Golden Bull Elite PE Investor” in 2017 by China Securities Journal. Prior to joining Sino-Ocean Capital, Dr. Lin worked both in domestic and overseas markets for Washington Mutual Savings Bank, Guotai Fund, Jianyin Investment Corporate. Dr. Lin holds a PhD degree in Operational Research from North Carolina State University, a M.S. and a Dual-degree in Mathematics and Corporate Management from University of Science and Technology of China.
Mr. Tang has extensive experience in corporate ﬁnance and ﬁnancial management for listed companies both in China and overseas markets, with a deep understanding of corporate operation rules and regulations. Prior to joining Sino-Ocean Capital, Mr. Tang held various senior roles in China COSCO Holdings Company Limited, with CFO and General Manager of Finance being the latest. Mr. Tang holds an MBA degree from China-Europe Business School(CEIBS) and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Central Universtiy of Finance and Economics(CUFE).
With deep understanding of the capital markets, fundraising and investment in both domestic and overseas markets, Mr. Zheng has orchestrated over RMB300 billion of debt and equity fundraising in his decade-long professional practice. Prior to joining Sino-Ocean Capital, Mr. Zheng held roles with Ernst and Young, Credit Suisse Founder and the investment banking department of UBS. Mr. Zheng holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Tsinghua University.
Mr. Xin has over 15 years of experience in real estate industry with his expertise in real estate development and operation. He has overseen the development and management of Sino-Ocean International Center, Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu, and New Beijing Center in Tongzhou district of Beijing. Mr. Xin holds a master’s degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University.
Mrs. Lv has over 10 years of experience in legal and risk management and has been involved in numerous large-scale M&A, real estate development projects and real estate management where she took leadership roles for risk management and legal service. Mrs. Lv oversees the legal aﬀairs, compliance and risk management in Sino-Ocean Capital. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Capital University of Economics and Business. Prior to joining Sino-Ocean Capital, Mrs. Lv has held deputy general manager in Sino-Ocean Group risk management center.
