Sino-Ocean Capital

Since its founding in 2013, Sino-Ocean Capital has quickly emerged as one of the leading firms in China’s burgeoning alternative asset management industry.

Riding on uninterrupted growth since inception, our AUM surpassed RMB 90 billion (USD~20billion) by the end of 2018, with diversified business lines including Real Estate Investment, Private Equity, Credit Investment, Investment Advisory and Overseas Investment.

Oct.
Became the largest shareholder of Shanghai Securities Finance Information Consulting Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Securities Finance) after we increased shareholder stake in the company
Yuanquan Jiaxing Nanhu Automobile Parts Financial Logistics Industry Park, the first logistics real estate project independently developed, marketed and operated by Sino-Ocean Capital started construction

Nov.
Signed a strategic partnership agreement with Shanghai ZM Logistics Co., Ltd and Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone in Chongqing to jointly develop the largest temperature controlled storage park in the western region
Completed the acquisition of Shanghai Yuanbo Hotel, an exemplary case of successful investment in distressed assets
Increased investment in Juma Logistics, driven by our determination to invest in the logistics ecosystem
